Experiences also include building skills in international trade/US Customs, transport and technology and manufacturing as a full time EDI Business Analyst/Project Manager/Software Engineer in Fritz Companies and as full time strategic Business Process Analyst for Agilent Technologies and part time as the West Coast Correspondent for the American Journal of Transportation.
Experiences in project finance for investments in infrastructure were built on roles as PRC-Asia Short Term Consultant/Technical Assistance in transport and trade logistics for international development finance organizations such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank.
Chinese Mandarin fluency up to 3,000 characters from self-study and understanding of the comlexities of China's business environment were gained while working from 1992-95 as a paid Foreign Expert by lecturing at three universities in China (Shanghai & Xi'an), factory site visits and most recently, international economic development consultant contract assignments.
Business analytical and policy writing skills on complex international business and government issues developed from undergraduate degree work in a 2 year, part time, paid U.S.SENATE INTERNSHIP/INTERNATIONAL TRADE RESEARCHER for UNITED STATES SENATOR ABRAHAM RIBICOFF, Connecticut in the U.S. Senate, Washington, D.C.

RLW International's origins are to 1915 from family owned, Wallack Bros. Company that imported petroleum products from Persia and distributed for Atlantic Richfield, Sinclair and BP in a fleet of oil tank trucks to business and resident customers in the greater New Haven, Connecticut area. Also, company owned gasoline stations.
